Lisa is a Chartered member of the CIPD and has spent her career to date working in people development roles. She has worked across business sectors including the Third Sector, Oil and Gas, Professional Services and Higher Education.
Lisa started out in her working life studying Psychology and Human Resource Management, and has followed her interest in people management and development throughout her career. Taking roles which interested and challenged her, she has been able to develop a breadth of experience which a more traditional career path may not have allowed.
She is a trained facilitator, having worked most recently in a digital facilitation environment, but is equally comfortable working in a more traditional setting.
With over ten years’ operational HR experience, Lisa enjoys supporting organisations with all aspects of people management, from large scale recruitment campaigns, to employee relation situations and the design and delivery of development programmes. She has proven skills and expertise, developed by working across diverse teams, and with partner organisations, to successfully deliver campaigns and development programmes: providing coaching and counsel that brings tangible results.
