Mentoring
Louise Robb is a trained member of the Scottish Leadership Foundation and is currently mentoring people in leadership positions in the Public Sector via this organization. Louise also retains her own supervisor to ensure that her clients receive the highest quality mentoring. (This is a completely confidential supervision and no client names or businesses are disclosed.)
At the beginning of a possible mediation relationship we would scope the possibilities and the outcomes you would like to achieve though mentoring, and discuss timescales and practical details. Some sessions may need to be held on the telephone to suit your needs. Mentoring could be for just 1 single session, or you might prefer a series.
