Dr Matt Wild
Matt is a Clinical Psychologist with ten years of clinical experience within the NHS. More recently he held a lectureship position at the University of Glasgow, where he fulfilled a significant training and research role. He now works in organisational consultancy, while continuing to fulfil a clinical role within the NHS. Matt’s approach to consultancy applies traditionally clinical models, theories and techniques to organisational settings, providing psychologically informed business solutions to the public and private sector.

As a clinical psychologist Matt is comfortable and confident in one-to-one coaching scenarios as well as group settings. His primary focus with clients is on the development of trusting, collaborative and goal-focused relationships. Matt is very much a people person and his strong psychological background allows him to bring evidence-based models and techniques to his coaching relationships. This approach promotes confidence and productivity in his clients, leading to powerful and lasting change.
