Louise Robb
Louise is a qualified accountant with seventeen years’ business experience, thirteen of which have been as an Accountant and Director of Finance, who is now a Professional Facilitator and Trainer with significant experience both nationally and internationally in dealing with behavioural and communication issues.
Louise is a member of the International Association of Facilitators (IAF) and in 2003 was appointed as a Lead Trainer with the Institute of Cultural Affairs in Dialogue and Group Facilitation Skills, and is licensed to organise and facilitate their courses worldwide.
Louise’s particular strengths lie in understanding the impact that personal values and beliefs have on behaviour and motivation, as well as the effect that a particular work environment can have on personal stress and job effectiveness. Louise is trained in the use of a wide range of psychometric instruments and surveys, and she understands the psychology of individuals, teams, and individuals within teams.
