Background and brief career history
Chris is an action orientated people person who achieves successful results by enabling others to deliver their best. For the past 20 years he has been working in change leadership roles. In 1991 Chris left a successful corporate career to start his own organisation development practice and since then has worked with many organisations to bring about beneficial evolution and change. His client have ranged from SMEs to large multinationals and from public sector organisations to NGOs and Chris has carried out assignments in the UK, many European countries, Canada, USA, India, Nepal, and Pakistan. Chris is a Master Practitioner of NLP, a Senior Accredited Partner of the International Confederation for Business Advancement, a certified Trainer in Accelerated Learning and a Certified Systems Thinking Practitioner

Philosophy
Chris understands that each client is unique and requires different answers to their current issues be these pressing problems or the desire to develop their organisation. He says that “the first and most important thing for my clients to realise is that they are the expert in their business and I am an expert in helping organisations develop, evolve and change. I talk to and listen to appropriate people in the organisation and then we jointly develop tailor made answers to their particular issues.” These answers will include a blend of consultancy, facilitation, training and coaching/mentoring. Chris’s emphasis is on developing the organisation in a sustainable manner and effectively solving problems so that they do not reoccur.

Chris’s assignments include:
• Lead consultant for restructuring world wide chemical manufacturing operations for a multinational US based corporation
• Facilitating an action learning project for a municipal council
• Leading strategic planning workshops for the executive boards of several SMEs and NGOs
• Lead consultant for the post merger redesign of the Continental US HR function for a multinational company
• Consultant to many profit enhancement projects in the SME Sector within the UK and Ireland
• Consultant to world famous men’s clothing business to model success and pass it on to others within the organisation
• Led a strategic planning exercise for a newly formed regional government in war torn Kashmir
