Aim – To train the PSL’s in Accelerated Learning Techniques specifically to deliver in technical area’s of law. This particular firm have been very forward thinking in training and have opted for tools and skills in training which are at the forefront of understanding how people learn. The content covers personality profiling, learning styles, dialogue and focused learning conversation design, plus a plethora of accelerated learning techniques imported from the USA. All of these skills have been researched and proven to enhance retention in learning by up to 30% on normal training methods. We concentrate not just on what we need to cover but how we deliver.
The benefits to the firm and its staff are that specialist delivery of technical subjects are being delivered in a participative way, making sessions interesting and something lawyers want to attend. It increases the profile of the PSL’s in the education and learning environment of the firm.
